We're
glad to see you!
Mutual respect of time
Your time is just as valuable to you as ours is to us. Therefore, when you make a reservation in our office for your treatment, we promise to honor that time and see you promptly. It is our office policy to appoint our emergency patients in a special block each day when we do not see our regularly scheduled patients, so that we may respect everyone’s time and give each of our patients our undivided attention. In other words, barring unforeseen complications arising during the treatment of our regularly scheduled patients, there is rarely a disruption in our schedule that would compromise the time that has been reserved for you and every other member of our practice family.
It's about time!
The responsibility to respect treatment time extends to our patients as well. Please be just as considerate of our time as we are of yours by making appointments when it is convenient for you and when there are no conflicts or other demands that may compete with us for your attention. We depend on you to keep your appointments because the time you reserve is uniquely yours, when our team's resources are dedicated solely to your care. Knowing this, we hope you understand more clearly the value of your appointments. In our office. these begin before the regular work day and extend through the normal lunch hour and on into the late afternoon. We hope these office hours insure that we are available at times that create only a minimal disruption to your normal daily routines.
Failure to keep appointments
As a courtesy, we will try to call you 24 hours beforehand to confirm your appointments. However, you (and not our team) are solely responsible for remembering to keep the reservation that you have made for your treatment. If you do not give at least 24 hours advance notice of cancellation and fail to come for an appointment, you will be rescheduled at no charge, after the first occurrence. If you fail a second time to come for an appointment, an hourly fee may be charged for the missed appointment, you may be put on a "short-notice reappointment" list, you may be rescheduled for shorter visits at times that are less convenient, or you may be dismissed from the practice at our discretion. In short, it pays to keep your appointments! There is always room in our practice for responsible patients who value their own time and respect ours. We are looking forward to seeing you.
Our mission statement
We want you to enjoy a healthy mouth and a pleasing smile. To that end, we see each of our patients "by appointment only." By giving every scheduled patient our undivided attention, we are able to create and maintain an environment in which we provide oral health care of the highest quality in an atmosphere of mutual trust and acceptance. Our relationships are built upon respect. We respect your time and know that you respect ours. On this solid foundation, we can work together to achieve our goals.
Both your time and ours is valuable
Some practices encourage “walk-in” patients and do not have a written policy relating to “failed appointments.” These practices value neither their own time nor that of their patients. We recognize the importance of both, because in the long run everyone benefits from clearly defined office policies relating to scheduling. The efficient use of our time translates into less expensive and better oral health care for you and your loved ones.

Time is our friend
"Someone once said that time is a predator that stalks us all our lives. I prefer to think of it as a companion who accompanies us on the journey, reminding us to cherish every moment." (Captain Jean Luc Picard).
